With the deepening of the integration of media, traditional local television stations have begun operation and management of industrial projects, including TV shopping program is one of the more common industrial operation of the project. Therefore, how to improve the operation and management of traditional local television TV shopping industry has become a key project initiatives traditional television industry development.This study is aimed at such research background, Zhuhai TV infomercial industry projects for the specific object of study, the television shopping program management issues Zhuhai TV has been studied in the research process of this paper, this paper for the TV shopping the research results were reviewed, laid the theoretical foundation for this study, and on the basis of theoretical analysis, the status quo local television TV shopping program management and the problems have been summarized and summarized using SWOT model, PEST and Porter's five forces model models model for the development of internal and external environment Zhuhai TV shopping TV projects were analyzed, focusing on the current external macro environment and industry competition structure Zhuhai TV shopping TV project management, as well as internal conditions analysis then use the SWOT matrix analysis model for comprehensive opportunities Zhuhai TV shopping TV programs and external environment facing the danger of internal strengths and weaknesses environmental systems analysis.
