Research On Bidding Management Of Infrastructure Projects Of The XX University' Instantiation

The tendering system of construcion works projects has been practiced over twenty years in our country, mainly comprising two main phases-selecting the successful tender relying on the tendering prices of the employer and selecting the successful tender relying on the lowest tender price. In this paper, a detailed overview of the bidding has been started to introduce its presence in China, the status quo, the main issues, and bidding for the work of some of the typical problems of a more in-depth discussion. By using the case of one university,this paper detailed the operation of the tender process and the need to pay attention to the links in light of practice.
