Research Of Management Of Infrastructure Bidding

Tender and bid system was established in China more than 20 years ago. Today, tender and bid has become a major trading method in construction project market. Based on the study of the tender theory and the problems in this process, I put forward some improvement suggestions. The core of improving tender and bid is that the method for evaluation must fit for the China's national conditions. In this paper, the bidding and evaluation management process of a new comprehensive building was taken for example. Using the bidding method of management theory, we proposed the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method for bidding evaluation. The results showed that the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method had improved the existing evaluation methods, solved the difficulties to compare the qualitative indicators and increased the justice and justness in the evaluation process. This research result is helpful for constructing scientific management mode for construction tenders and promoting marketization, standardization and professionalism of the tender and bid management in China.
