The Quality Control Of Basic Construction With Unit 2×600MW In Liaocheng Power Plant

The engineering project quality control is a complex system, it involves the engineering design, the purchase, constructs and installs, during the entire process, there are many invariable factors and exists large risk. In China, the project management and project quality control system in the process of the unit capital construction is still to be improved. This paper analyzed the generation and development situation of the 600MW thermal generator set under macro-environment, and illustrated the necessity and urgency of project quality control; it also discussed the related aspects of quality control in theory, thus has provided the basis for the design and the establishment of project quality control system. This paper took the Liaocheng power plant two issue of 2*600MW thermoelectricity generation unit basic construction quality control system design as an example, unified the engineering project system process and the Total Quality Management from the perspective of the establishment and implementation of SHEQ system, the organization and management of engineering project as well as the principle and methods of the project quality control, and finally carried on the actual design and the research of the quality control system.
