The Applied Research On Project Management In The 500kV Transmission Line Condition-based Maintenance

This paper presents the project management applied in the 500kV power transmission lines condition-based maintenance according to present maintenance situation.Authors design the maintenance processes, compile the operation schedule by Gantt chart and network diagram and analyze the schedule by deflection analysis method. A parameter estimation method is offered to calculate the cost budget through the analysis on the cost formation. To control the cost, a deflection analysis method, performance management and other methods are adopted. On the basis of stipulation of quality standards for condition-based maintenance and organization management, cause and effect diagram, PDCA cycle and standard operation are applied to control quality. Through the accident tree and the safety evaluation, the research on risk analysis and countermeasures is implemented to determine the evaluation report and to compile standard guidance handbook for the condition-based maintenance items.
