To establish a cross-regional transmission price system and an appropriate pricing mechanism is of great significance for the development of China's cross-regional power transaction. This paper studies the price system of China's cross-regional transmission, including the price of cross-regional transmission and the price of delivery and reception. According to the experience of China's cross-regional transmission, it discusses the cross-regional transmission pricing mechanism that is applicable for China, including the pricing mechanism of power transmission and the pricing mechanism of delivery and reception. It mainly focuses on the principle and application of China's market-based cross-regional transmission pricing mechanism, including the cross-regional transaction pricing which contains menu pricing, negotiation pricing and differential pricing, and delivery and reception pricing which contains auctioned pricing, matching pricing and listed pricing. Finally, it presents a cross-regional transmission pricing model based on Nash negotiation theory.
