Research On The Implementation Of Performance Management System In Electric Power Enterprise

Nowadays, many power companies have conducted performance management reform with unsatisfactory results, mainly because they lack knowledge of modern performance management, appropriate knowledge; hence this thesis deals with the effectiveness of performance management in power enterprises. Firstly, following the domestic and international economic trends, the thesis points out the necessity of performance management in electric power enterprises, then introduces the main theory of performance management, through an analysis on the status of the company's performance management, to clarify the effective operation of the relevant performance management elements. Thereby the performance management can be effectively executed in the power enterprises to improve the overall performance capabilities of management tools.
