At present. China’s communications industry is in the transition from 2G to 3G.4G experimental network is also spreading in large scale. From the perspective of marketing, the entire communication industry is facing big shuffle. Based on the fact of national asymmetric regulation and the extrinsic triple play of the three networks in China, the present of communication industry cannot compare the past. Today’s communication industry has long been out of duopoly competition era. In the oligopolistic competition of China Mobile, China Unicom and China Telecom, the situation of competitive transition has occurred in some areas, and attracting clients regardless of the cost has become the normalcy in the moment. From the perspective of customer quantity. China Mobile is still a dominant, but from the technical terms. China Mobile in the 3G standard is not dominant in the clear. Thus how to transit the successful operational experiences in the 2G era into the 3G era so as to establish the new advantage in the new era has long been the major topic of China Mobile. At present, the domestic communication market is basically in the form of high penetration and strong competition, especially for China Mobile Communication Corporation. Taking CMCC as an example, the overall customer scale reaches 75%. some provincial corporations even reach 90%. Solely from the perspective of CMCC. how to maintain this advantage is the key consideration in its current issue, but also the point of attack for rivals. This paper, taking CMCC of H Province as an example, based on the practical experiences, focusing on maintaining customers, promoting customer value, cost-efficient market operation and customer service, aims to explore some practical and feasible strategies for provincial mobile communication corporations to carry out scale operation, in order to provide a useful reference for the entire industrv.
