| Post evaluation is an important tache of item, and it works indispensably in the item management. It has an important meaning to support benefit of investment. in view of the characteristics of power transformer project, and current situation of China's power transformer project management, this paper carries out study and puts forward the post-evaluation of indicators system, evaluation methods on the construction of power transmission & transformation projects. The comprehensive evaluation model of power transformer & transformation project is constructed.The main study contents are: AHP method is improved during the establishment of index weight model, and a flexible weight model is advanced combined improved AHP with entropy method. By studying the correlative problems of special post-evaluation and comprehensive post-evaluation, the method system of post-evaluation on power transmission & transformation project is established. The complete post-evaluation is carried on actual electricity investment project, including the establishment of index system, setup of weights, establishment of evaluation model, and choose of evaluation method combined with qualitative and quantitative analysis. |
