| The post-evaluation of transmission and transformation project is attached importance, while its effect and signification is recognized recently. The paper is based on sufficient demonstration about this project implemented in Fuxinglu and the characteristics of this project. It establishes the evaluation index system and the evaluation model based on introducing systemic the theories and methods of post-evaluation systematically. With investigation data of Fuxinglu 220 kV power transmission and transformation project, the paper analyzes post evaluation index. It starts comprehensive post evaluation towards implementation effects of project by using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and analyzes instruction effects of evaluation result. The numerical results of evaluation model show that the project is successful, the intended target is realized basically, better benefit is achieved and it exerts positive influence to regional economies. Meanwhile it makes beneficial attempt for standardization, systematization and further research of post evaluation of transmission and transformation project. |
