The Research On The Economic And Security Impact Of Energy-saving Dispatch On The Northeast Power Grid

At the call of the global energy conservation and emission reduction, the electric power enterprises put forward to the energy-efficient scheduling model. The implementation of energy-efficient scheduling has some influence on the electric companies. It is necessary to analyze and evaluate this influence in order to maximize the benefits of energy-efficient scheduling. Taking the Northeast China Power Grid as a research object, we analyzed the impact of energy-effient scheduling on the grid company and the generation companies. We compared the purchase cost of electric energy and coal consumption before and after the implementation of energy-efficient scheduling. The factors that influence the power purchase cost and the impact of new scheduling method on the energy regulations were also analyzed. The balance of the demand and the supply of power regulation were evaluated taking into account different ratio of wind power. Finally the difficulties in the implementation of energy-efficient scheduling were pointed out and the suggestions were also given, hoping these could shed some light on the future practices.
