Power is the basis of our entire national economy,power grid security is the eternal theme of the power industry.At present,large power grid in China presents a trend toward high voltage,automation and large network.Grid security will be affected by many factors such as power supply,users,system reform,new technology application,natural disasters and external force destruction,along with more difficult and higher requirements on safety management.The construction of the smart grid provides the necessary basic conditions for renewable energy generation.However,the large-scale application of intermittent renewable energy generation affects the grid safety and stability by making the power system control more complex.In order to guarantee the reliable operation of smart grid,it is necessary to analyze and evaluate the safety of the smart grid after intermittent renewable energy is connected to the grid,and propose the security control strategy for smart grid.Based on the theory of safety management,the paper researches on security control of smart grid caused by large-scale application of renewable energy comprehensively and scientifically.Firstly,it has the literature review about the research of renewable energy grid connection,smart grid development,power grid safety management at home and abroad.Secondly,this paper introduces the theory of safety management,analyzes the relationship between renewable energy power generation and smart grid security,laying a theoretical foundation for the research of smart grid security control strategy.Thirdly,it describes the development and operational control of renewable energy grid connection,discusses the security impact caused by renewable energy access to smart grid,and then analyzes the factors on smart grid safety.In addition,the concept of safety monitoring point is introduced,the evaluation index system of smart grid security is established,and the security evaluation model is constructed by using the theory of credibility and AHP,in order to scientifically quantify the security level and filter the safety monitoring points.On this basis,the safety evaluation systeml of smart grid is applied to the safety evaluation of a certain power grid in North China,and its effectiveness and practicability are verified by empirical analysis.Finally,the paper puts forward the smart grid security control strategy based on the safety monitoring point,from security system construction,security risk monitoring and safety management.Based on the characteristics of intermittent and randomness of renewable energy generation,this paper constructs safety evaluation system of smart grid to evaluates its security level and screen safety monitoring points.Furthermore,the smart grid security control strategy is proposed for the security monitoring points.In general,the construction of the safety evaluation system can scientifically and comprehensively measure the security level of smart grid.And the relevant departments of power can take targeted preventive measures to reduce system risk with the assist of screening safety monitoring points.Correspondingly,the proposed security control strategy can provide a practical reference for the safe production,management and decision making of power enterprises.
