The Research Of Design Management Of The International Power Plant EPC Project

The thesis discusses the design management and the theoretical concepts of design management systematically, base on reference engineering, and the work of EPC project of internal and external design management, the thesis describes the current design management mode at the same time. The thesis focuses on the organization mode and the design control mode of design management, and put forward that the project manager (project chief engineer) is necessary for the design management of international EPC project design team, the thesis also shows the ideas of the construction of design team and the lean management work of design.The thesis tries to resolve the following three questions through two levels of design management which the international power plant EPC project management and the project design management of design company:1.the institutionalization and standardization of the work of design management to avoid the experientialism.2.Proposing the design management organizational fitted with international power plant EPC project by optimizing the design workflow.3.Innovation and application of design management mode.
