Research On The Impact Post Evaluation About Power Grid Item In Baoding

For the power grid items with large-scale and widespread influence, analyzing the impact in the technology, economy, society and environment of power grid items has important academic value and practical significance. This paper carried on the thorough analysis on the impact post evaluation about power grid items, including: studied the content of impact post evaluation; established the index system and proposed the evaluation model of power performance impact based on the principal component analysis and grey relational degree; established the index system and proposed the evaluation model of social and economic impact based on the super efficiency data envelopment analysis; established the index system and proposed the evaluation model of environmental effect based on the method of extenics and entropy theory; then applied above models to evaluate all kinds of impact from Baoding grid construction, finally put forward the rational proposals to improve the power grid impact according to the evaluation conclusion.
