With the continuous deepening of the power system and the promotion of electricity market, power grid enterprise environment, strategy, organization and management have undergone great changes, which makes the formation of its environmental performance and performance management needs have taken place a significant change. Sector performance in the whole performance of the system to play a connecting role, is the integral part. Power grid enterprises should be combined with existing enterprise performance and employee performance evaluation methods, and gradually establish a departmental performance evaluation system. However, how to understand sector performance, how to establish a scientific, systematic and efficient sector performance evaluation system, the high efficiency of the department to complete the strategic task of timely and effective incentives to stimulate their enthusiasm for hard work and teamwork of the passion, has become Currently the business community and academia urgent need to address the problem. To solve this problem, this paper based on the theory of performance evaluation, performance evaluation index system design department, building department performance evaluation model, design and development of a departmental performance evaluation of software systems. This paper is organized as follows:First, by the collection, collation and analysis of the domestic and foreign literature, I have understood the domestic and international research on performance evaluation of the status and results achieved, proposed the problem of few studies on power grid company sector performance evaluation and the current evaluation system less incomplete, explained the purpose and significance of thesis research and proposed research focus of this article.Second, explained the connotation of performance and performance evaluation and related characteristics, and for performance evaluation index system and the central part of the two evaluation methods, analyzed the evaluation factors should be considered to determine and the conditions to be met, introduced method for determining the weight and performance evaluation methods.By analyzing the organizational structure of enterprises network models and information contact form, closed-loop performance evaluation model proposed by sector, and follow the evaluation index system based on design principles to design evaluation model based on closed-loop power grid enterprise sector performance evaluation system.Fourth, based on the research and practice in the literature survey, combined the evaluation of data sources with features and forms of evaluation results, and selected the appropriate method for the index weights and comprehensive evaluation. Establish the electrical performance evaluation model of the enterprise sector, to achieve clustering and sorting of power grid company sector.Finally, design and develop the assessment software system based on the grid-based performance evaluation system for the corporate sector, index system and evaluation model weights in this paper, Study the sector performance empirically in a power grid company. The goal of enhancing the enterprise culture management level is achieved.
