With the rapid development of information technology, especially the global application of Internet technology, e-commerce has made rapid progress. How to make the whole process of transactions realize electronic, how to make the remote business negotiations realize automation, and how to provide timely and effective decision-making support for enterprises have become important issues for e-commerce. Automated negotiation based on multi-agent is an important field of automation research in e-commerce negotiation. Argumentation-based negotiation which increases argument on the basis of general negotiation has become the important point of the field of commercial automated negotiation research. The openness of e-commerce platform makes trust mechanism become the critical factor in the process of successful e-commerce. Trust mechanism is used by agent to find a reliable trading partner and is decision-making incentives for agent to stimulate agent to realize the agreements reached. Therefore, the study considering the trust and argumentation-based negotiation has some value of theory and application.This paper proposes a trust model based on the concept and algorithm of agent's honesty and capability. And then an argumentation-based negotiation model in one-to-many negotiation is introduced by combining the trust model. The model focuses on the accumulation, updating and application of Agent's knowledge in the context of one-to-many negotiation.In the area of trust model, this paper proposes a trust model based on the concept and algorithm of agent's honesty and capability. And then trust mechanism is introduced into the selection of opponents and the process of negotiation by combining the agent's honesty and agent's capability.In the area of argumentation-based negotiation model, firstly, this paper the structure of knowledge base of Agent and the characteristic of accumulation, updating and application of Agent's knowledge in the context of one-to-many negotiation.Secondly, this paper extends an argumentation model based on knowledge set with different influence and extends a protocol based on dialogue game to govern the agent interactions and the update of knowledge bases in one-to-many negotiation. Finally, this paper demonstrates the process of argumentation-based negotiation and the accumulation, updating and application of Agent's knowledge in the process of negotiation.At the end, the theory that presented in this paper is evaluated or demonstrated by simulation experiment based on JADE.
