A Study On Fairness Of Medical Security Degree In Beijing

In this thesis, social health insurance "guarantees of fairness for the study, to combine theory and practice, integrated use of macro data, mainly quantitative analysis, according to the theory-System Optimization-Equity Evaluation thinking, fairness guarantee degree analysis and appraisal, provide a reference for future social health insurance system. In this paper, the research-based quantitative research methods, supplemented by qualitative research; in research, focusing on the health insurance system to protect decade opportunity to protect the ability to guarantee a fair level of three dimensions explicit and implicit fair; in perspective, the main focus on the protection of the fair starting point to examine the process fair.The paper is divided into six parts. The first part is introduction, research background, research questions, research object and scope, methodology and framework; the second part focuses on health care and the degree of fairness theory. The third part of the health care status quo in Beijing, Beijing introduces medical insurance system to establish the degree of protection of the status and history; the fourth part is the guarantee of the fairness of the empirical analysis is the core part of the thesis. Respectively, from the two aspects of explicit and implicit guarantees opportunities in Beijing medical insurance system, the three dimensions of security capabilities and comparative evaluation of the level of protection. The fifth part is the cause of health care and the countermeasures to increase the fairness of the differences.
