| With the development of social information-based , especially the wide spread of information and Internet technology, information has become a very important personal and social resources in the production and life of human society. Humanity has entered the information age. In 1997, the American management scientist Thomas? Davenport brings forward the concept of "information ecology" for the first time,and introduced the concept of ecological into information management, thus opening up new areas of information management. Since then, the information ecology as an emerging cross-cutting discipline, became a major international research areas, and gradually became one of academic research focus. Among them, the enterprise information ecosystem research as an important part of the information ecology, is much more accounted by scientists. Information not only brings more business development opportunities, but also causes many problems in enterprise information environment, such as information overload, information pollution. If not improve, the information environment will be to lose balance, and will affect normal existence and development of modern enterprises. Therefore, enterprises need to establish an effective information system, evaluation system to measure ecological enterprise information ecosystem health.This article is based on the study in the basic theories of ecological theory, information ecology, systems theory and the theory of enterprise information ecosystem, analysis the compositions of the enterprise information ecosystem and operation of enterprise information ecosystem fundamental factors and consulted the method of the evaluation of ecological systems, through three point of view(organization, dynamic, flexible) established an evaluation for enterprise information ecosystem, and then establish an evaluation model and measurement method.One of the aims is to provide thereunder for enterprise to evaluate the degree of its own enterprise information ecosystem health., and the other aim is to provide early warning mechanism to guide business decisions and strategies to promote corporate self-improvement and development of high-speed stability. Specific study as follows:First, we carefully analyzed and studied the ecological system and evaluation system of enterprise information and some previous well-analyzed and carefully argued conclusions and methods, such as the basic concepts of system, development and content of information ecological theory, the basic concepts of information ecosystems. Analysis of the current system of evaluation methods commonly used for the main problems in this building enterprise information ecosystem evaluation index system as the foundation.Second, based on the previous theoretical study and research, then analysis the basic structure of the enterprise information ecosystem carefully, put forward the concept of ecosystem health degree,and analysis the xpression characteristics and significance of the balance of enterprise information ecological. Then, study and put forward basic operation mode of enterprise information ecosystem and a variety of factors which directly or indirectly affected system operation. Among them, the analysis of influencing factor of enterprise information ecosystem is comprise three parts, such as the corporate information loop chain, corporate information and enterprise information ecosystem ecology within the environmentAgain, the article by relevant theoretical research as background, the text of the first basic component enterprise information ecosystem, a healthy balance and the basic factors come to the conclusion, based on evaluation of reference models of natural ecosystems from the system of organization, energy, and flexibility 3 a point of building enterprise information ecosystem evaluation system. Among them, the enterprise information ecosystem health evaluation index should include three levels: the enterprise eco-system organization index, that is, information from the enterprise point of view of ecological chain structure; enterprise information ecosystem vitality index, from the enterprise information ecosystem internal state of the environment Starting with the evaluation of core competencies; enterprise ecosystem resilience index, from within the enterprise information ecosystem to start to analyze the external environment.Finally, the article constructed according to the evaluation system of enterprise information ecosystem composition characteristics, analysis of the scope of application of various evaluation methods and the advantages and disadvantages, from which use hierarchical analysis of Enterprise Information Ecosystem Assessment model and study the ecology business information measure of system health method for enterprise information ecosystem assessment of their own health, providing the basis and reference to objective scientific understanding of the enterprise information ecosystem to run their own status in order to facilitate business for the future development of science to develop strategies . Evaluation of enterprise information ecosystem research and enterprise information ecosystem evaluation index system is the focus of this study, although this article strive to be comprehensive, science, enterprise information system construction of a complete ecosystem evaluation framework, and explore their specific measurement method.
