Internet development to today, has penetrated into all aspects of people's lives. People's social lifestyle because of the existence of the Internet. The real world of consumer relationships in the network has a new experience, because the network is better than the real world of consumer channels and became public in new ways. Through a network of consumer comments, get-to-business and product awareness and understanding, as consumers of consumer behavior provides a basis and reference. In the network's new backgrounds, network consumer comments in network mode of the existing mechanism of insufficient, attracted wide attention. The basic purpose of this paper is to study in China today, the Internet and e-commerce background, consumers are passed over the network by motive, factors and evaluation information on consumer spending decisions. Through analysis, real-life case studies from a variety of different looking for a best practice model for business advice, it can be considered a new attempt. Although this article in these areas have done some research, but because of the information and knowledge in the areas of limitation, at best merely put forward a framework to be studied, there are a lot of problems pending further research. For example, this article just on consumer evaluation of models has put forward some ideas, because at present, the Internet and Web crawling technology is not perfect, and technical implementation, etc, and there are many points in quarantine.
