With the full liberalization of China's financial sector, foreign banks and Chinese banks get the same treatment, the domestic market more competitive. Faced with the grim situation and challenges, "big development, fast development" has become an urgent task for the banking industry. The rapid development of information technology and applications, making IT technology has become the banking institutions to achieve business strategy and business operations of the base platform and an important means of financial innovation.Domestic commercial banks use IT technology to build core banking system, credit system, and financial management systems management platform, so as to adapt to the market development needs. Through information systems, the study and master the advanced international banking management experience, as to compete with foreign banks and provide the necessary tools and applications platform.
