Research On Influence Factors’ Mechanism Of Creative Industrial Cluster Knowledge Sharing

With the arrival of knowledge economy era, Creative industry cluster as a new development model has been rapid development in the world economy. The creative industry is knowledge intensive industry, so the knowledge is the core of the creative industries. The renew cycle of knowledge is shorter and shorter. No firm has all knowledge resources which is needed. If a firm wants to carry out the technology innovation, it needs both its own knowledge and the key knowledge that absorbed from exterior. This requires making use of knowledge sharing effect.Study shows that knowledge sharing effect strongly promotes innovation and regional economic growth. Our country has put forward the improving innovation ability to promote the cooperative innovation, prevent island effect and achieve the sharing of knowledge resources, which clarified the importance of knowledge sharing. We can say that the enterprise will be able to upgrade innovation ability and obtain the huge success finally if it can utilize the knowledge sharing effect well.Some of the creative industry park in China, however, is only the approach of the geographical, lack of cooperation and communication between each other, without full knowledge sharing within the enterprises. Creative industry cluster in our country is faced with the problem of insufficient in knowledge sharing. Knowledge sharing of creative industry clusters involve many economic bodies and are influenced by many factors. Only if we make the mechanism of knowledge sharing clear, we can get a deeper understanding of knowledge Sharing effect. Thus we call make effective policy to promote industry development. Therefore, the research in this paper is the mechanism of knowledge sharing’s influence factors in creative industry.Cluster’s knowledge sharing is a complicated process. In combination with the characteristics of the creative industry, this paper indicates that the influence factors of creative industry cluster’s knowledge sharing include knowledge attribute, knowledge potential difference, the will overflow, the ability of conversion and absorption, collaborative innovation ability, leverage effect and the cost of sharing.This paper, using the evolutionary game analysis and case analysis method, analyze the evolutionary path of knowledge sharing and the mechanism of knowledge sharing’s influence factors from the angle of symmetric and asymmetric enterprise. Finally the conclusions are as follows: (1)The evolutionary stable state of the knowledge sharing is diversity. Whether symmetric enterprises or asymmetric enterprises, they may choose knowledge sharing or not choose the knowledge sharing.(2)This paper analyzes the mechanism of knowledge sharing’s main factors according to different evolutionary stable state. Specifics as follows:The ability of transformation and absorption, collaborative innovation capability, leverage effect, and government incentives has a positive correlation with knowledge sharing. The cost of knowledge sharing is negatively related to the probability knowledge sharing. In particular, for asymmetric enterprises, there is a optimal knowledge sharing potential difference, in this point, the probability of cluster enterprises’knowledge sharing is the largest.Finally, the paper verifies the mechanism of influencing factors with the cases of798creative industry cluster and the Zhong Guancun software park, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures:strengthening the introduction and training of creative people to improve the absorb transformation ability; Maintain a optimal knowledge spillover radio; Increasing R&D investment to improve the collaborative innovation; Enriching investment and financing system to promote the creative industrialization process; Improving the leverage of creative knowledge; Strengthening government related cluster service management, introducing of incentive measures, establish the formal or informal sharing platform; Increasing the intellectual property protection to reduce the cost of risk in the process of knowledge sharing.
