Research On Development System Of Land Utilization Technologies In China's Villages And Towns

With the more sharp contradiction of the supply and the requirement of the land, the advance of urbanization and New Construction of the Rural Areas in our county, it is more important to improve the use efficiency of the land. However, the overall level of the land utilization technologies in China's villages and towns is behindhand. It can't fulfill the requirement of efficient utilization of the land. At present, we haven't the mature development system of land utilization technologies in China's villages and towns. The innovative activities in technologies are blind and disordered. They are lack of long-term, global and systematic programming. The research of this article is concentrate on construction and guarantee of development system of land utilization technologies in China's villages and towns.Under the guidance of correlative theoretic, this article collects a lot of materials and summarizes the innovative activities, the laws and the measure of the management, and puts forward some questions in attentive degree, developmental conception and managing method. This article analyzes the technical requirement and the trend in the future, and puts forward the overall framework, managing mechanism of the system in technical research and development, application and generalization, technical standards and criteria. Further more, this article proposes some suggestions regarding Capital input, people's training, communication and motivational measure.It is the innovation point of this article that the system of technical standards and criteria are brought into the system of technical development. The standards and criteria of technologies have significant function for promoting the technical development. This article emphasizes especially that the technical development of the land utilization technologies in China's villages and towns is a commonweal.
