Study On The Type Of Characteristic Agricultural Planning For Comprehensive Land Use Of Villages And Towns

The comprehensive land use planning system consisted by five levels in our country which is including state level, province level, county level and villages and towns level. From up to down, they are controlled and conducted by level to level in a compact relationship. The planning for comprehensive land use of villages and towns constitutes the basal stratum of the overall five level planning systems for land use in our country. It is the most direct reference to carry out the territory policies. The other four level's goal, task, and very controlling index finally should be operated through the planning for comprehensive land use of villages and towns. However, our country has large area of landscape, on where decorated by amount of villages and towns. Each village or town has its own natural geographical conditions, social economical development characteristics and future development destinations. So, it should have a different detailed connotation in sustainable land use of villages and towns. Therefore, from up to down every controlling index should be carrying out according to the specific characteristics of the villages and towns.This thesis depend on the future development destination of villages and towns, on the basis of the analysis about the sustainable land use of characteristic agricultural villages and towns, mentioned out the methods of consideration and measure to the planning for comprehensive land use of characteristic agricultural villages and towns. Finally, through the practice fields researching to the comprehensive land use planning of Xianfeng town in Jiangjin district. This thesis draw out the conclusion to prove that is an available method about the considerations and the measures of carry out the planning for comprehensive land use of characteristic agricultural villages and towns. The whole thesis contained four parts:The first part: preface, introduced this thesis's backdrops and values of choosing; the recent researching situation about the sustainable land use and the planning for comprehensive land use of villages and towns, that have been doing both at home and abroad. It is also including the instruction of thesis's researching methods and consideration ways.The second part: the methods of consideration and measure to the planning for comprehensive land use of characteristic agricultural villages and towns. It combined with the future development destination to analyze the main content about the sustainable land use of characteristic agricultural villages and towns; introduced the detail content about the methods of consideration and measure to the planning for comprehensive land use of characteristic agricultural villages and towns.The third part: the practical research and study on the comprehensive land use planning of Xianfeng town .
