Research On Innovation System Of Land Utilization Technologies In China’s Villages And Towns

As a large agricultural nation,"Three Rural Issues" have been always the focus of China, how to solve is the key to rural development. Land resources are material bases for villagers to create wealth. On one hand, land resources will speed the village economic development; On the other hand, they are important sources for the construction of our city, as well as the strategic development. However, the land resources are limited by the quantity and quality of soil. what’s more, the management about the land is in a disordered state, the land resources has’t met the needs of the development of rural areas as the urbanization is going on, the contradiction between them are increasingly intense, such as food crisis, ecological crisis and so on.Although the situation has already been severly intense, if we use the land in proper way, we can also alleviate the nervous state. The use of land is limited by the natural conditions as well as social and technical factors. Therefore, if we want to solve the problem radically, the nuclear way is to seek the breakthrough in technology. We must construct a scientific technology innovation system as a guide, and optimize the pattern of village land use, so as to realize sustainable development of villages.Based on this background, we use technical innovation theory as references and construct the innovation system of land utilization technologies in China’s villages and towns, the system concludes Environmental innovation system, technology research and development system, mechanism innovation system and innovation evaluation system. According to the current situation about the department coordination, innovation ability, and the relevant supporting, supporting measures, promoting technology, we put up the proposes in the combination of original innovation and integration innovation, technology innovation and market innovation, villagers participation with promoting technology,"the combination of the cicc".The article has two innovation points, firstly we construct innovation system of land utilization technologies in China’s villages and towns; secondly, we use AHP in the construction of the innovation evaluation system, so as to Improve the scientific guidance and put forward the suggestions.This article contains14figures,9table and58References.
