Railway line for passenger construction projects usually require large investment, long cycle and involve a wide range of risks,so it is necessary making economic evaluation of railway construction projects to improve operation management and the level of investment decision. With the scale of the investment in railway construction project to expand and management decision-making to progress, traditional economic evaluation methods have been unable to meet the current market environment.First, This paper studied the theory of economic post-evaluation for railway line for passengers, having a comprehensive analysis of the impact of post evaluation of economic factors.This paper take the other external economic benefits generated by post-evaluation into the economic benefits, which is an effective complement and innovation to post-evaluation of the traditional economy theory.Second, based on the characteristics of railway line for passenger transport project, this paper established the cost-effectiveness post-evaluation index system and the mathematical model based on distance space method and AHP, analyzing finacial post evaluation,national economic post evaluation and other external economic post evaluation.The attempt is the first in the field of the railway project evaluation at home and abroad.Last, this paper descibed it's usage in the post economic evaluation through simulated example. |
