Research On Risk Management Of BJ Tobacco Company's Integrated Logistics Information

With the continuous developments of information technology,the information integration in our country has been gradually moving toward the directions of large-scale,long cycle,and involving many factors.The tobacco logistics depends much on information,if there are some problems with information integration,it will lead to the risk of tobacco logistics information integration.At the same time,this risk may be one of the reasons of the decrease in efficiency,which directly affects the economic benefits of related companies or businesses.Therefore,it is necessary to carry on the study of the risk management based on tobacco logistics information integration.The risk management includes risk factors identification,analysis,response and monitoring.As the relationship between risk factors are not clear,it also increases the difficulty in risk weighing criterion.In this paper,using the knowledge of risk management,the methods of AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process),DEMATEL(Decision Making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory),and risk matrix and Hall three-dimensional structure.The risk factors disorganization problem in BJ tobacco logistics company can be solved by identifying orderly and screening and the information integration will be accomplished at the same time.While meeting the needs of information integration,some relative studies on the risk management of information integration are also included in this paper,which will be taken as a reference for the future risk management research in tobacco industry.This paper first introduces the development status of tobacco logistics information integration,and summarizes the information integration and logistics risk management in tobacco logistics coincidentally.Then,it introduces BJ tobacco logistics information integration from the aspects of warehousing,storage,sorting and distribution etc,and analyzes the problems existing in the integration process.In order to solve these problems,research work on it has already been done as follows: Firstly,select the dimension of Hall three-dimensional structure model through detailed analysis,and establish the risk index system of BJ tobacco logistics information integration.With the use of an improved risk matrix,the valid factors will be screened out.Secondly,the importance of weight in the risk analyzing is presented when combining BJ Tobacco Logistics Company's technology environment,information resources and procedures.Research shows that the traditional AHP method has many deficiencies,and the application effect of modified AHP is not thatobvious in the risk area of logistics information integration.Based on what has mentioned above,this paper puts forward a new AHP-DEMATEL method to calculate the comprehensive weight,reconstruct the risk index system with selected factors,and analyze quantitatively.Then,the paper puts the analytical risk factors into reasonable order and compares the analysis results with the actual information integration.In view of the present situation of BJ Tobacco Logistics Company's risk management,this paper takes a plan of supervising from the global and local synchronously,offering corresponding measures and strategies to reduce the risk of occurrence,which will provide the decision makers with reliable objective basis.
