Great returned purchase has become the bottlenecks of book industry development which not only causes a backlog of stock, but occupies corporation'sliquid capital. In addition, the transport, storage, packaging and printing which caused by the return are not only a waste of resources, but a pollution to environment. Tracing the source, great return caused by information cannot be effectively shared, when Bullwhip Effect produced in forward logistics link reflected on the reverse side, a large number of returns come into being. Research on books logistics with the view of reducing returns has an important value for a reasonable allocation of resources and enhancing the efficiency of logistics services.This paper is based on "973" project "basic research of information processing and resource optimization" and the task "research of Information Sharing in regional ecological supply chain". This paper, as part of project early research, selected the books supply chain as the study object and optimized process through information sharing.This article summarized and concluded research results of publishing logistics abroad, then chose simulation methods to study books logistics. Based on conclusion of research actuality of logistics simulation, this paper select System Dynamic as modeling method. Then paper confirmed the model's validity through applicability and consistency testing. Then, aimed at insufficiency of information sharing, the paper optimized the books return mode and analyzes the optimization results.By establishing system dynamic model of books logistics, this paper simulated and analyzed on existing processes, thus afford simulation platform and decision basis for resource allocation design of book provides in future.
