The Design And Simulation Of Logistics Process Of Two Areas Enterprises With Reverse Logistics Function

With the increasingly competitive global market environment, the logistics industry has a rapid development, and many domestic and foreign logistics enterprises take logistics as the third profit source.However, most enterprises only focus on the forward logistics, reverse logistics (RL) in the management and investment is limited. There is a litttle company integrate forward logistics and reverse logistics in logistics management. With the growing shortage of natural resources, more attention to the interests of consumers, regulations in the reverse logistics are being enhanced to strengthen the business and social awareness of reverse logistics, promote the building and the integration of logistics and reverse logistics process.However, due to the imbalance of regional development in China, the implementation of different regions of the logistics are very different. Reverse logistics enterprises in the logistics process will face multiple problems. On the one hand, some enterprises have not reverse logistics, and some have forward logistics and reverse logistics enterprises have, but did not establish two logistics functions in the shared resources and a unified platform, resulting in excessive investment and insufficient investment of resources. On the other hand, enterprises in different regions are unique in funds, personnel, equipment, technology, operational skills, management experience and culture, that will impact on the enterprise's logistics processes in different degrees.Therefore, this article from the following aspects of the two regions with reverse logistics business processes of logistics in order to expand the logistics function, to improve the logistics process integration level, to promote the exchange and sharing of logistics resources in two types of area businesses:First, introduce the research significance, research status, the main research methods and content and possible innovation and so on, and related theories are introduced. Secondly, it analyses the characteristics of logistics processes in two areas, including different regional environment and the characteristics of their own logistics processes.Then, it analyses and design with logistics processes of two areas with reverse logistics function, including the comparison of reverse logistics process in two regional, and design logistics system based on MAS.Finally, it makes a simulation on logistics process with reverse logistics based on MAS technology,including purchasing, production, sales, recycling process. And it establishes a simulation model on JACK software platform, using the simulation tests of callback process to verify the validity of the simulation after integration, so as to provide a reference for logistics development in different regions.
