Research On Influence Of High-Speed Railway To The Tourism Industrial Clusters

As a new means of transportation, High-speed railway compared with other conventional methods has the advantages in transport capacity, speed, safety and reliability, punctuality on time and other aspects. The construction and operation of the high-speed railway enable import and export of a local area to form a high-speed railway industry belt. and attracts a large number of industries transferring and accumulation in the industry belt. In these economic zone or urban cluster areas, with the further concentration of production factors and proliferation will come to the industry cluster with local characteristics. Industry clusters play a important role to improve the industry competency of the areas. Therefore, as a. starting point, we aim at studying the regional tourism industry clusters on the formation and spatial structure of development in the high-speed railway. It has important reality meaning to the construction of high-speed railway and the development of areas tourism industry clusters in our country. The details of the research are:First. Through the study of the relevant literature, we brief a introduction of the industrial cluster theory, including the analysis of the meaning and the characteristics of the tourism industry cluster, and the formation conditions and modes of development. All the works are in order to provide a theoretical basis for the research below.Second. Then we analyze the affection of the high-speed railway in the regional tourism industry clusters in the gathering and diffusion, and the affection of high-speed railway tourism industry at different stages of the formation of clusters, as well as the factors of the formation in clusters.Third. We analyze the impact of the development of the high-speed railway in the regional tourism industry cluster spatial structure. Then we analyze the evolution way of the high-speed railway on tourism industry cluster spatial structure, like how to select areas along the development axis line and development points, how the regional tourism industry clusters within the spatial structure develop according to the "point-axis-belt" mode.Forth. In the end,we select the Beijing-Shanghai high-speed rail for example in the effect of the line in spatial structure of tourism industry cluster in Beijing and Tianjin area, which confirmed that Beijing and Tianjin area can plan and layout of the regional tourism industry clusters with the spatial structure,which are followed the points-axis system mode. At the same time, we build a boundary model in high-speed railway which affects the definition of it. And then we use the model to analyze the influence of high-speed railway on the Beijing and Tianjin area.
