Study On The Influence Exerted By High-speed Railway On The Allocation Of Tourism Industry Factors:

The construction and operation of the high-speed railway have brought time-space compression effect, accelerated the flow rate of people flow, cash flow and information flow and pushed forward the regional economic development. In the overall effect, the performance of tourism industry is remarkable eye-catching and the phenomenon of transferring, accumulation and integration of tourism industry factors becomes increasingly prominent. High-speed railway is playing an outstanding role in allocation of tourism.industry factors in the region and the tourism economic corridor drived by high-speed railway is performing. Therefore, as a starting point, we aim at studying the influence exerted by high-speed railway on the allocation of regional tourism industry factors and analyzing the main aspects while taking cities along the Shanghai-Nanjing and Shanghai-Hangzhou high-speed railway for example. It has important reality meaning to the cooperation and development of regional tourism industry.This paper adopted the literature research and empirical research. On the basis of qualitative analysis of the influence exerted by high-speed railway on the allocation of regional tourism industry factors, this paper introduced the gravity model and made quantitative measure of the allocation of regional tourism industry factors among cities along the Shanghai-Nanjing and Shanghai-Hangzhou high-speed railway. Finally, this paper made conclusions by qualitative and quantitative analysis:firstly, the high-speed railway accelerates the flow rate of tourism industry factors effectively; secondly, the high-speed railway promotes the formation of tourism economic corridor; thirdly, the high-speed railway pushes forward the coordinated development of regional tourism industry. In addition, Tourism economic zone among cities along the Shanghai-Nanjing and Shanghai-Hangzhou high-speed railway was proved to be performed. However, the diffusion effect of tourism industry factors in that zone is insufficient and tourism economic radiation force of Nanjing and Hangzhou is weak at present. This paper can be divided into six chapters. The first chapter generally introduces the research significance and content, makes a thorough review of domestic and foreign research. The second chapter briefly introduces the related theories of allocation of industry factors and defines the conceptions of tourism industry factors and allocation of industry factors which makes the theoretical foundation for the following research. The third chapter makes the qualitative analysis of the influence exerted by high-speed railway on the allocation of regional tourism industry factors and concludes the three main effects, the zonal distribution of tourism industry factors, and the tendency of regional coordinated development. The forth chapter makes quantitative measure of the allocation of regional tourism industry factors among cities along the Shanghai-Nanjing and Shanghai-Hangzhou high-speed railway. On the basis of gravity model, the writer analyzes the flow of tourism capital, tourism enterprise and tourism employment and the change of tourism economic connection degree. The fifth chapter puts forward relevant proposals and measures towards coordinated development of regional tourism among cities along the Shanghai-Nanjing and Shanghai-Hangzhou high-speed railway. The final chapter generally summarizes the conclusion and prospects the future research.
