Research On The Influence Of High-Speed Railway On Regional Tourism Economy Development

Transportation is an important part of the tourism system.And it is the indispensable prerequisite of tourism development.The most direct impact of high-speed railway construction on the city tourism development is to shorten the temporal and spatial distance and improve transportation accessibility between regions,thereby increasing the strength of tourism economic ties between regions. With China’s rapid economic growth in the overall context of tourism, Zhejiang Province, is also in the rapid development.And it’s tourism revenues and tourist traffic has increased dramatically.What’s more,it’s total tourism revenue for six consecutive years ranked third in the provinces. Tourism is not only one of the fastest growing sectors of the national economy, but also has a great influence on other industries promoting the development of related sectors. It will have a profound impact on the development of tourism economic development by high-speed railways. Therefore, the study of relations between high-speed rail and tourism economic of the cities along the railwayl is of great significance.This paper systematically reviews the domestic and foreign related theories and research results.And it carried out innovation on the basis of previous, breaking the previous research on the case,and deeply analysising specific index of tourism economic from the Micro perspective.Through the analysis of the impact of high-speed railway on regional tourism economic development, anthor found the impact of high-speed railway on regional tourism economic development mainly includes direct and indirect effects.Direct effect include the improvement of regional railway transportation capacity, creating or improving the regional accessibility.Indirect effect include tourism flow, tourism industry structure and so on..In the empirical part, this paper analyzes the direct influence and indirect influence of the high speed railway on the urban tourism economy in Zhejiang province by using the method of comparative analysis. Direct impact on the study, the analysis of the "no" high-speed railway is in two cases, the railway passenger(cargo) volume and weighted average travel time. Indirect influence on the study.,First, I selected the railway passenger traffic, highway passenger transport volume, the per capita GDP and A-level scenic spots number as the index of tourism economic impact factors.Second I construct a panel data model of the relationship between the index of railway passenger traffic and tourism economy to form regression equation,Then,forecast "no" high-speed rail passenger volum by a grey prediction model constructed by MATLAB software.At last,make a comparison between tourism economic indicators of "no" high-speed railway and the actual situation of having high-speed railway, so as to analyze the impact of high-speed railway on tourism economic of the city along the railway.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)Inbound tourism of Hangzhou and Ningbo which has good tourism economic base is promoted, and the Wenzhou, Jiaxing, Shaoxing, the tourism economic basis of the general city, the opening of high-speed rail travel show a negative role, "siphon effect" is obvious;(2) The impact of domestic tourism. Hangzhou, Ningbo, Jiaxing, the three cities of, Wenzhou and Shaoxing, the cities, the tourism economy and tourism resources endowment are more common, and the effect is obvious;(3)The cities of Hangzhou and Ningbo, which are based on the two tourism economy, show positive promotion, and intensity of the city, while the city of Wenzhou, Jiaxing and Shaoxing, which has a negative effect on the negative. In the role of tourism development, the tourism economy is based on the developed, tourism resources endowment of the city(Hangzhou, Ningbo and Wenzhou), the scale of the expansion of the role of tourism, and the development of Jiaxing and Shaoxing, the development of a large obstacle.On the basis of the further analysis of the causes of the problem, we put forward policy suggestions on how to improve the social and economic development by using the high-speed railway in the future.
