Sichuan Province Agricultur Informanization Measure And The Affection To The Primory Industry

With the increasing of the technology, the inflection caused by the technology has become deeper and severely. The development of the technology has challenged the traditional ways of life and the pattern of production, what presents more obvious in the 90s last century, and after that an international trend of informonization has come into being. Advanced technology and equipment added with the modern management mode and advanced monitor and pre-warning system, these all have improved the productivity and changed the traditional production, management, and operation way.As the precondition and guarantee of humen beings, the agriculture still reserved the traditional production characters. So, under the using of the modern informationization technology, the velocity of agriculture development has been promoted obviously. Today, the agriculture informanization is the direction of the modern agriculture's development. After the research of the concept of agriculture informanization, my article has made a evaluation-system which based on the "Comprehensive index of information". By using the Eviews5.0 software, my dissertation has computed the co-intergration relationship between the informanization index and the first industry production value. At the same time, my article also analyzed the level of agriculture is connected with the SiChuan province GDP. The relationship between them is adjusting in short period and promotion in long times. My article framework is as follow:The first chapter:Making definition of the agriculture informanization and stating the connotation of it, then pointing out the necessity of construction about agriculture informanization by contrasting with other countries. At the last of this chapter the technical road is given.The second chapter:this part is mainly studied the literature about the agriculture informanization and the relationship between it and economic growth, at last we got the mechanism of how to increase the economic.The third chapter:based on the "Comprehensive index of information" method, a comparative measurement system of agriculture informanization was built, and Reliability testing and validity testing were done through questionnaire. Moreover, a related weight system was made by the data collected by the questionnaire. At last, under the informanization index system, we operated the SiChuan's informanization index from 1999 to 2008.The forth chapter:be connected with the SiChuan's agriculture informanization index, my article made Co-integrating and Error correction model testing between the agriculture informanization index and the first industry ourput, and analyzed the promotion effect to economics growth. The same way, the relationship between SiChuan province's agriculture level and the SiChuan GDP.The fifth chapter:under the statistics results of the forth chapter, a related Policy recommendations was given, and some suggestions about agriculture informanization construction.The sixth chapter:it made summaries about the main conclusions and independent devotion and contribution, then it point out the deficiencies and prospects.
