Study On Key Factors About Enterprise Informanization

In information economics era, informanization is important for an enterprise development. Hence, more and more enterprises pay more attention to informanization in order to get enterprise core compenence and for long-term goal. However, the success of enterprise informanization is not easy and not automatic. The success rate is very low, and only 10% of all enterprise informanization cases are successful. Furthermore, enterprise informanization has been one part of all work of traditional files and archives department. So, it may be urgent for an archival postgraduate to study informanization. The article tries to disclose key factors about the success of enterprise infromanization. In the author's viewpoint, the key factors include modern information technology, key human resources, considerate budget, reasonable information organization, standards and regulations about informanization, and so on. The author attempts to study all these important factors in detail.
