The Research Of Chengdu-chongqing City Agglomeration' Sintegrated Transportationation--Economy Composite System

Since establishing of Chengdu-Chongqin urban and rural test area, it has attracted many economists'and scholars'attention that how to build Chengdu-Chongqin city Agglomeration to the fourth economy growth polar of China, how to bing city's effect of assembling and spreading into full play and how to lead urban area's development to realize harmonizing development of urban and rural erea. This essay will discuss the coordinated development between transportation system and ecmy system of Chengdu-Chongqin City Agglomeration by qualitative analysis and quaonontitative analysis from aspects of their relationship and mutual influence of these two systems.Firstly,it will explore relationship between city integrated transportation system and economy by reviewing previous research achievements on city agglomeration, transportation system and economy system, through analysing mutual effect mechanism between transportation and economy system and bringing out forming machanism of transportation and city agglomeration. Secondly, from aspects of intensity of urban streams and industry collaboration, it will analyse present situation of transportation and economy system of Chengdu-Chongqin City Agglomeration and development level of city agglomeration's integrated transportation system-which should match city's economy development. Thirdly, by data envelopment analysis through quantitative research analysing the comparison between transportation system and economy development, it will analyse and comment effect of Chengdu-Chongqin integrated transportation system-city Agglomeration's composite system.Comparing to Yangtze River delta and Pearl River delta city Agglomerations, because of its low input-output efficiency, Chengdu-Chongqin city Agglomeration should better both its software and hardware. In hardware, in order to reasonably link all transportation lines and transportation ways by gradual selective and prioritized transportation system construction based on integrated strategic policy of Chengdu-Chongqin city Agglomeration transportation, a highly effective transportation system should be completed. In slftware, in order to lead rational distribution and coordination of marcket, to take all comparative advantages of different regions into full play, to improve effeciency and benefit, to maximize interests, to enhance competitiveness and influence of Chengdu-Chongqin city Agglomeration, based on integrated planning, govornment should play the role of guidor better, weaken recognition of administration division and to establish communication and harmonious benefit sharing mechanism.
