| Under the situation of the economy changing rapidly and the vagaries of the global economy, to ensure sustainable development of enterprises, the enterprises must not only grasp the economic pulse rightly under the economic environment, but also the situation of the enterprise itself. And the enterprises must have a thorough analysis of the industry environment and the external competitive environment and complemented by the corresponding solutions.In a relatively dynamic economic environment, the enterprise management thread is impossible static. It is very important for the long-term development of enterprises to analyze and formulate strategic business planning correctly. Correct analysis is the correct use of various types of advanced analysis methods, realistic analysis of internal data and external information, and then come to a series of conclusion to help enterprise managers to adjust their business direction, so that enterprises sail smoothly in the right direction along the right line constantly.In this paper, Dongfang Electric Corporation (DEC) is the research object. On the basis of the investigation and master data, combined with my management experience and enterprise strategic management theory, the DEC development strategy is detailed analyzed in this paper.First, this paper proposed the background and significance of studying the DEC development strategy, and then introduced the enterprise strategic management theory briefly. Combination of practical, when analyzed the DEC development strategy environment, the paper mainly researched the company's external environment and internal environment. For the external environment, this paper mainly analyzed the company's macro environment and industry development competitive environment; and for the internal environment, this paper primarily studied the company status, operating status and corporate culture. Through the analysis of the DEC strategy environment, we found the opportunities and threats in the external environment and the strengths and weaknesses in the internal environment. According to the strategic environment that the company faced, this paper described the company's development strategy formulation and selection. The corporate strategic objectives system includes the corporate mission, corporate vision and corporate goals. The corporate strategy system includes overall strategy, business strategy and functional strategies. Then we put forward a viable development strategy for DEC through SWOT analysis tool and made the choice. DEC overall strategic should adopt the growth strategy. The last part is the implementation and control of the strategy, which proposed the feasible implementation methods and control for the selected strategies. |
