| Based on the literature and research related to the path dependenceã€data collection and analysis, this paper select the strategic planning and development path as the research subject with the Dongfang Steam Turbine Works as a case. It reviews and summarizes the development and planning process of the enterprise with the development background of China state-owned enterprises. The article explores the development path of the enterprise, the interaction of strategic planning and the formulation of influential factors in the process of strategic planning, attempting to provide a choice in strategic adjustment and transformation for state-owned enterprises.The frameworks of this study are as follows: the first chapter is the introduction part. It introduces the research background, research questions, research methods and research content. The second chapter gives a general overview of the research situation and the related theoretical achievements domestic and overseas. The third chapter summarizes the macro environment and the development and changes of power generation equipment industry, combs the process of Dongqi strategic planning and the path of development and evolution. Combined with the strategy planning and the business development practice of Dongfang turbine Co. Ltd, the fourth chapter carries on the case analysis from internal and external angles to derive the theoretical results in this paper. The conclusion and Prospect part gives the research conclusion and further research problems.We can draw the following conclusions through the research: first, we can find the theory of path dependence in the process of reform and development of an enterprise. Second, the strategic planning has a positive guidance role to the development of enterprise in some period, but in other period it may bring risk. Third, the enterprise should correctly understand the existence of "path dependence", but the path of evolution and found is more important. |
