The study takes advantage of the latest research of Eco-environmental capacity theory, LAC theory, Stakeholder theory, Coordination theory and Game theory. And constructing models of ecotourism for Prohibition zone based on stakeholders'coordination for the first time. In this paper, it builds an index system to evaluate the coordination of the ecotourism development, basing on the coordination of government, community, eco-tourists, regional managers, tourism enterprises and non-human species, and constructing a more completed coordinate development theory for the ecotourism in Prohibition zone. The paper is divided into seven chapters.ChapterⅠ:introducing the research background, purposes, meaning, methods, technical line and so on.ChapterⅡ:defining the concept and the scope of this study to Prohibition-zone tourism.ChapterⅢ:introducing the researches of relative fields at home and broad systemically and comprehensively, and the theoretical basis for this research were discussed.ChapterⅣ:designing the appraisal index system, combined with the Analytic Hierarchy Process and the Weighted Composite Index method, to construct the appraisal model of Prohibition zone ecotourism, and to get the comprehensive evaluation index.ChapterⅤ:by analyzing the status of environment, resource, social, economic, as well as the status of eco-tourism development to Prohibition zone in Hunan-Guangdong-Jiangxi boundary, construct five coordinate development models:Regional cooperation model, community condominium model, government+volunteers model, ecological collaborative model, stakeholders'symbiosis model.Chapter VI:Selecting Mang Mountain, as object, to carry on the case analysis and empirical study, which further validates the scientific and practicability of the appraisal index system and the construction patterns of prohibition zone coordinate tourism development.ChapterⅦ:describing the main conclusions of this article, as well as the recommendations, proposing and research prospects.
