Study On The Adjustment Of The Yuexiu District Muslim Riba Prohibition In Guangzhou

How do Muslims perform the ancient riba prohibition in the modern society?What is the Enlightenment of the ancient rule on today? Based on the survey targeting the Muslim group that has been living near these old mosques in Yuexiu District, this paper, adopting the methods of literature analysis and describes the adaptive situation of Muslim obeying the under the condition of no Islamic economic support.The purpose is to answer why they obey the rules, how to obey the rules,what is the significance of follwing the rulesThis paper is divided into five parts. The first part is the introduction, starting with the research subject and related literature review. The second part brings in the basic situation of the Muslim group. The third part makes clear the concept,discussing the origin of the rules. The fourth part separately discusses under the condition of without Islamic financial support, the hardship of Muslim performing the riba prohibition and the concrete adaptation to this situation according to classification of varied degree of faith in Islamism. The fifth part tells why the need to protect the interest of follwing the rules.The conclusion is that China needs to develop Islamic finance to maintain a healthy economic development and that it needs to help Muslims to protect the interests of the rules.
