Research On Intensified Utilization Of Urban Land In Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan Based On Building Two-oriented Society

Currently.China is in the industrialization, urbanization and modernization process development stage, so need to increase more and more construction land, while the conditions that our country has large population with relatively little land,as a constraint to China's economic development. How to make good use of land, especially urban land becomes a problem to be dealt with urgently. Our country's current situation of land utilization requires that we must change the land utilization from extensive to intensive forth, optimize the utilization structure of urban land,improve land use efficiency and achieve sustainable development of urban land.The land use of Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan was poses a severe challenge in the construction of Resource-conserving and Environment-friendly society. Land use and management is the important areas in the building of comprehensive reform of "two-oriented society". In the context of "two-oriented society", this paper analyzes challenges of Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan in land use, proposed intensive land use objectives and major tasks,as well as explore the direction of innovation in intensive use of land, that is building eco-intensive urban land-use models are best suited to Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan urban development. In accordance with "two-oriented society" requirements, I build evaluation index system of eco-intensive type.,and select seventeen index.The hierarchy of evaluation including efficiency, structure, intensity, sustainable development and environment o.Using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method assess intensive land-use condition,2008, in Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan,so we arrival at the following conclusion:(1) changsha was frist in the intensive degreeve,zhuzhou and xiangtan was next.(2) Five hierarchy contribute to result of changzhutan differently.At last, I propose some solutions to improve the whole level of intensive use of land,benefit of government make decision to speed up Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan land-use mechanism in construction of "two-oriented society".
