Study On The Intensive Evaluation Of The Land Use Of Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan Urban Agglomeration

At present,with the rapid development of China's economic construction and the accelerated pace of urbanization, the pressure of resources and environment has become increasingly prominent.Therefore, we should carry out evaluation of intensive land use,improve land use efficiency constantly and promote optimal allocation of land resources and rational use to ensure the sustainable development of economic society and natural environment in our country.This study concluded and integrated theroies of intensive land use both from domestic and abroad such as Location theory, land rent and price theory, theory of diminishing returns of land, sustainable development theory. Based on these theories,it adopted the method of principal component to evaluate from the sustainable development and the main factors of the level of intensive land use of urban groups.It also build evaluation system of intensive land use from social, economic and ecological benefits and then defined the twenty factor values of evaluation index by Comprehensive analysis.At last,It analysed the current land use situation and exsiting problems of the urban agglomeration and raised the sustainable land use of urban group according to the development objectives and land use characteristics of cities.In this paper, it takes Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan urban as its evaluation scope and the basic data relating to level of intensive land use of cities was investigated and collected. The way of principal component analysis was used to evaluate the level of intensive land use of cities quantitatively and the index factor values and standardized index values of the level of intensive land use was obtained. Based on the results of evaluation,it summarized the basic features of Intensive land use status of urban agglomeration and the exsiting problems such as inadequate input related to urban land use,low output level of urban land use and low level of justifiability of urban land use and so on.It also put forward measures and suggestions to promote intensive land use of urban agglomeration combines with the actual development situation of urban agglomeration.
