Evaluating Land Use Type Change And Ecosystem Services In Mountainous Region Of Beijing

Ecosystem services are an important component of terrestrial-life-support-system and basic element of the social, environmental sustainable development. The land is carrier of ecosystem, the change of landuse plays the decisive role to sustainably using of natural resource uses and maintains of natural ecosystem service function. Beijing mountainous region act as Beijing's ecological barrier and water source protection, its coordinated development of economic, social, population, resources and environment is an important support of sustainable development of Beijing. Thus, the landuse change and its ecological service value study have important theoretical and practical significance to the sustainable development of economic, ecological, society. This study analysis the change of landuse and the changes in the value of ecosystem services from 1992 to 2007. The result indicates:(1) The overall tendency of landuse change is massive outflows of arable land and water land, obviously increases of construction and garden land. The outflow rate of arable land is 3%, the increse rate of construction land is 4.77%. The transformation between each kind of landuse type is frequent, arable land tansformates to forest land, garden land and construction land. The research area land utilization degree is high.(2) The trend of ecosystem service total value in Beijing mountainous region from 1992 to 2007 is escalational, raise from 15.09984 billion to 21.33826 billion, increased 6.23842 billion. The year rate of rise is 2.7543%.The supporting services value is obviously higher than the providing services value.Landuse ecosystem-type value size sorting is from high to low is:forest land> arable land> garden land> water land> unused land> constrution land.(3) Looking from the service function type value, gas conditioner's ecology service value is highest, the proportion of the total value is 38.64%-58.35%. Food and raw material production value and the eco-tourism value increases rapidly. The climate control, the maintenance biodiversity values are increase slowly. The water source self-control, the waste treatment value drops year by year, the services value in 2007 is the negative.(4)The research area's economic growth rate is obviously quicker than the growth rate of ecosystem service value's, this indicated that the ecological building speed is smaller than the economic development speed.(5) The landuse area and the ecology service value has the remarkable correlational dependence. The forest land and the arable land are high to the ecosystem service's interrelatedness, the unused land and construction land's interrelatedness is smallest.(6) That sensitive analytical is between 0.01-0.58, that indicates the value modulus chosen in this paper is comparatively right; the result is credible by comparison.
