A Research On Optimization Of Landuse Structure And Spatial Layout In Yong Xing

Optimizing the utilization structure and spatial layout of land is determined by our fundamental national situation of large population and lack of land. It is an important approach to break our urban-rural dual economic structure, to build a harmonious society, and to achieve sustainable economic and social development.This article presented studies on the theoretical basis, scale structure, layout optimization model and implement measures for optimizing the land-use structure and spatial layout of YongXing County of Hunan Province. These studies provided a guarantee for achieving savings and intensive use of limited land resources, the realization of the harmonious development of economy, society, and environment. It is also expected that the current study would provide some experience and lessons to other related researches.The whole article was divided into seven chapters:ChapterⅠis a preface. It introduced the background and significance of this project, and then reviewed related researches from both home and abroad, which laid the theoretical foundation for the research.ChapterⅡrevealed the current situation and dynamic changes of land-use structure and spatial distribution in YongXing County. The analysis, on the natural and socio-economic conditions and dynamic changes of various land use in the last decade, laid the foundation for prediction of land demand in the future.ChapterⅢconstructed the theoretical principle for evaluation of optimization of land use and spatial distribution. 29 indicators in terms of optimization extend and effectiveness of land use was contained in this system. Many mathematic methods such as trend line prediction method, series prediction method and correlation analysis were applied in the prediction of scale of land demand, while partition of the land use is optimized according to Minimum variance method.ChapterⅣevaluated the current situation of land-use structure and spatial distribution in Yongxing County based on the evaluation system discussed in ChapterⅢ. Ultimately, 20 indicators from the system were selected for the evaluation of land use and spatial distribution in Yongxing County, and the main problems of which were analyzed.ChapterⅤpreceded the prediction of demand scale and functional partition of land in Yongxing County. Appling the mathematic methods discussed in ChapterⅢ, in conjunction with the actual situation on the various types of land in Yongxing County, a program for optimizing land-use structure was set up. Minimum variance method was carried out to optimize land-use division. And an optimization program was proposed.ChapterⅥprovided measures to promote the optimization of the county land use structure and spatial layout, and related policies were recommended.
