According to the relevant reports, the private equity of China has already reached one trillion RMB. Facing to such huge amount of fund, in order to maintain the stable financial order, promote the multi-level development of capital market in China, as well as protect the profits of the mass investors, the legalization of private equity will be an inevitable trend, which is undoubtedly a historic development opportunity for the private equity industry as a whole.After ups and downs of the stock market in China, with the great opportunities of the private equity industry, it has become the most serious issue for GT investment companies on how to comply with the trend of market so as to adjust market position of the company, how to strengthen the standardized management of the internal operation, how to make investment and operational strategy in accordance with the development of the market and companies, how to reduce business risk and achieve stable, sustainable, healthy and long-term development of the company.This paper illustrates the investment operation model of GT Investment Company. Through the in-depth analysis of GT company's investment activities, financial status and internal management, drawing on the operation model of domestic and international private equity fund, the author uses various methodologies such as horizontal and vertical comparison in accordance with the trend of legalized and standardized operation of the private equity fund in China, so as to build up an operational model of private equity fund for the GT investment company's future development, based on the limited partnership.At the same time, in order to prevent and control the risks of investment operation, this paper suggests the establishment of the risk management system so as to allow a more effective operation model, assess and forecast the new operation model in the end, with a view to providing reference for other enterprises like the GT investment company.
