What puzzles our state-owned company best,at present,is the increasing leaving of knowledge works. With the rapid development of the reforming and opening policy and the growing market-oriented economy, and because of a number of international corporations stepping in, the private corporations growing steadily,the flowing of the knowledge works causes great trouble to the state-owned company,esp. the rival among them is intensive. It's observed that the rival of a company is a battle for skilled employees. Thus the influence is hard to describe. The international and private corporations use a variety of ways to abstract skilled ones to skip from the state-owned company,such as well salary and welfare,etc. More and more skilled ones choose to work for them because of their personality or dissatisfied with their present life. Therefore a funny phenomenon comes out,that is, the state-owned company does nothing on the stuffs but training experienced workers for the international and the private companies. Thus the state-owned companies are in great need of policies to keep the employees staying here. It'surgent! The main point of asking an employee to stay is his own willingness, that is to say,we should know well about their willingness and take measures in time to clear it away, only in this way can we make them to work happily without thinking of leaving.In order to get better ways to solve the problem,here is the survey of LQ to observe the reason that the employees fly away from it.The article has five parts. Part One is preface, it mainly talks about the background,the meaning, the ways and the clues of the article, the second part is to define the younger knowledge works,then is a plan on survey,finally, is the conclusion of related theories,the third part is making plans in detail to the LQ, the fourth part is to analyze the result of the survey to find out the factors on leaving, the last one is to give effective ways to solve the problems.
