With the the coming of conomic globalization and knowledge economy,The competition between enterprises is more and more serious,The position and role of knowledge workers are more and more important.However,the knowledge workers' departure problem is increasingly grievous,in China,the knowledge workers' departure will more directly influence the development of organizations.Quality of work life began in the 1960 s of the British,and foreign scholar's research in this field is started,and the results are widely used in the enterprise management practice.Domestic scholar's research to the quality of work life mainly began in the late 1970 s,the research focused on the connotation,structure dimensions,and the relationship between some variables under some specific environment.Quality of work life focus on employee's subjective feeling in the material and spiritual.In the process of organization's human resource management,the quality of work life is the very important part of it,it is directly by acting on employee job happiness,sense of belonging and emotional satisfaction affect employee turnover intention,in many enterprise human resources management,The high frequency departure problems of knowledge workers caused by low quality of working life is urgent to be solved.This paper do research the relationship between the knowledge workers' quality of working life and employee turnover intention by introducting the perceived organizational support.Proposed research model and hypothesis by reviewing related literature and referencing existing research results.Obtain the analyze data through questionnaires,analysis the data by using spss19.0,finally get the research conclusions: First,knowledge workers' quality of work life and their dimensions have negative impact on turnover intention;Second,the knowledge workers' perceived organizational support and their dimensions have negative impact on turnover intention;Third,in the relationship between knowledge workers' quality of work life and turnover intention,perceived organizational support is in positive adjustment.Based on this,the article puts forward the following Suggestions: Designing the position and dividing job responsibility scientifically;Focus on the organizational culture,The system construction and organization transparent,create a harmonious environment;Building organization--staff benefit community,achieve win-win situation;Strengthening the employer responsibility,and build 360 degrees of employer liability circle;Building and improve enterprise brand,improve the social psychology satisfaction of the knowledge workers.
