In recent years, the leadership research more and more attention by scholars, but foracademic leadership research mainly focus on the positive leadership behavior, however, withmore and more negative news leadership behavior, many scholars began to turn to the studyof leadership behavior and the dark side of the negative, destructive leadership theory comesinto being, and gradually become the leading science theory research. Foreign scholars studyand empirical analysis of destructive leadership more and more, and research related todomestic scholars are still relatively scarce. Knowledge employees as the carrier ofknowledge have rich experience and professional skills, can create great value for theenterprise, plays an indispensable role in the enterprise, is to ensure that nuclear power therapid development of enterprises. Therefore, they have stronger competitiveness in the labormarket, and take the initiative to turnover intention is more intense, this kind of employeeturnover will bring huge losses to the enterprise human capital. Staff turnover is an importanttopic in human resource management science, only fully understand the employee turnoverintention, can effectively reduce the turnover rate, to retain core employees, and enhance thecore competitiveness of enterprises, to ensure the healthy, stable and sustainable developmentof enterprises. Although scholars have studied the turnover intention of employees has veryrich, but the overall is still not perfect.In this study, knowledge workers in private enterprises as the research object, selects theturnover intention as the outcome variable, organizational justice and organizational identityas an intermediary variable, to verify the influence mechanism of destructive leadershipthrough empirical analysis. This paper firstly reviews related literature, puts forward thetheoretical framework and research hypothesis, and then into the enterprise as the researchsamples to investigate, analyze the data by using SPSS20.0statistical software, and then putforward the hypothesis verification. Finally summed up the enterprises how to use theseresults, effectively reduce the core talents of knowledge employee turnover intention, keep the,this research is on the failure of leadership theories enrich and perfect.
