With the prosperity and development of the world's economy, people's tourism awareness is also growing. Meanwhile, the tourisn industry booming, and people put forward new demands and challenges to tourism industry. With experience economy era, experience-based tourism has become a goal pursued by tourists. Tourists as the main body involved in activities. If the visitors feel satisfaction in the experience course, then the tourists who are not only tourism promotion, but also enhance the re-visit rate. Once the visitor satisfaction and perception is very low, then these tourists will affect the situation of potential customers. So, how to improve visitor satisfaction to expand tourist destination tourist market is a very important part.Scenic spot as the theme of tourism activity to a tourist destination, how to bring satisfaction to the tourists travel experience, we need from the tourisets point of view to enhance the strength of tourist attractions. Emphasis satisfaction valve on the strategy of tourism development and introduce new tourism products have a very important significance.Based on the background, the paper uses it as a destination for empirical research in Changbai Mountain. Combination of geography, tourism, psychology and other interdisciplinary research contents. Take the experience of after the actual behavior as the research basis, and explore visitors satisfaction rating and give propose solutions to comparison of different satisfaction. Through the field survey to obtain data on. Use of qualitative research and quantitative research methods to conduct evaluation in tourist satisfaction on Changbai Mountain scenic spot, and combined SPSS17.0 and Excel statistical software to statistic and analysis datas. Through anaysis datas, whether summer or winter, the satisfaction is general. Tourism resources are the most satisfaction and tourism consumption is the lowest satisfaction. In winter, tourists fees lower satisfaction to the scenic supporting equipments and infrastructures. By a quarter of graph model, during the golden age of travel, tourism service and accessibility are urgent to improve. From the comparison of sub-scenic,the satisfaction valve on the west slope is slightly greater than the north slope. The satisfaction valves in west slope are:travel resources> accessibility> scenic facilities> infrastructure> tourism service> tourism consumption; The satisfaction valves in north slope are:travel resources> accessibility> scenic facilities> infrastructure> travel service> safety> tourism consumption. Obviously, there is a obvious difference is a indicator between them. Tourists will consider the traffic safety is risk on North Slope tourist attraction. Above these, according to the behavioral characteristics and the laws of tourists, it gives propose solutions to enhance the satisfaction degree of tourists.
