| Along with the rapid development of social economy, the economic growth will inevitably leads to the adjustment of economic structure, which needs the adjustment of related requirements of industrial structure. At present, shaanxi industry structure is in "two, three, one" stage, and the second industry development rapidly,which needs to consume large amounts of energy and raw materials, water, mineral and other natural resources. Because the resource is scarcity and irrefragable, so it becomes an urgent problem to be solved for the rational utilization between shaanxi industry development and natural resources. In addition, our whole industry structure is changed from the traditional "one, two, three," structural mode to "three, two, one" pattern, which is the general rule of industrial economics. So the effective utilization and adjustment of Shaanxi's depleted natural resources structure is province to be realistic for the further adjustment of Shaanxi's industry structure.Based on the theory of industrial structure research and resource research, this paper designed a set of scientific and reasonable evaluation index system which includes two kinds of 12 indexes about the industrial structure and depleted nature resource. Second, Based on the existing data of 2000-2008, using for the index system, designing of SPSS software, and determined 2000-2008 shaanxi industry structure and depleted natural resources structure comprehensive development index on the base of factor analysis. Again, we draw the conclusion that Shaanxi industry structure and the depleted natural resource structure is at a good degree of coordinated development, can reach above average, but declined in recent years. At last we put forward the effective and feasible countermeasures and suggestions to promote Shaanxi's industrial structure and resource structure development from the angle of three industries, in order to provide relevant policies and references for the relevant departments of decision-making. |
