Therefore, accelerating the coordinated development ofthe competitive industries is particularly essential for the revitalization ofnortheast china.The United States, Japan, France and the Yangtze River Delta region,Jing-Jin-Ji area, southwest six provinces and municipalities in seven partycooperation area in industry cooperation have achieved good results.Based on experience for reference, The promotion of Northeast Chinashould follow the requirement below.
