The quantitative evaluation of the degree of coordinated development is important basis for policy selecting and development planning. Coordinated development of economy-society-resource and environmental system is a comprehensive concept, includes not only the coordinated development under the scientific development concept, and reflects the requirement of sustainable development. The coordinated development not only requires the system of economy-society-resource and environment together to form an organic entirety, but also need the various subsystems mutual coordination and mutual promotion in the process of development and evolution. As a complex system of economy-society-resource and environment, the coordinated development performance for static space balance inside the system, the transverse structure relation between each subsystem, sustainable development performance for dynamic time structure of the system, the longitudinal temporal relations among each subsystem, the continuous overlap and accumulation of coordinated development make the system performance for trend of sustainable development in the future. The coordinated development is a dynamic concept related to complex system problem, not only need to study the harmony of economy-society-resource and environmental system, but also should measure the dynamic relationship of system from disorderly to orderly. The coordination degree calculation to determine the system coordinated development degree by selecting the representative coordinated development index, help clarify the resource and environment constraint on the economic and social development, in particular, the dynamic relationship between the subsystem description provide more detailed reference for policy implementation and development planning.The coordinated development of economy-society-resource and environmental system includes both the horizontal networks of the various components and the longitudinal timing relationships among the subsystems. In this paper, we use the method of principal component analysis to select representative indicator、from the specific coordinated development index, comprehensive evaluation of horizontal development imbalances, and build Bayesian vector auto-regression model, analysis the longitudinal dynamic relationship between the typical indicators using impulse response function. By the analysis of the data of Jiangxi province, we give the empirical results, and put forward the policy recommendations to promote the coordinated development of economy-society-resources and environment.
